WARRANTY

Scope of Warranty: PSL PAINTING LLC provides a workmanship warranty for residential repaint services performed at the property listed in your estimate. Warranty coverage and duration depend on the package selected:

Package Warranty Duration

• Essential Package 1 Year

• Preferred Package 1.5 Years

• Premium Protection Package 2 Years

Coverage: This warranty covers peeling, blistering, or adhesion failure resulting directly from improper surface preparation or application by PSL PAINTING LLC. It applies only to surfaces properly prepared and painted by PSL PAINTING LLC as outlined in the approved estimate.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by external factors such as accidents, vandalism, or natural disasters.

• Issues arising from improper maintenance or failure to follow proper care instructions.

• Normal wear and tear.

• Paint fading due to environmental conditions (e.g., exposure to direct sunlight, harsh weather, etc.).

• Issues related to substrates (e.g., drywall, wood, or other surfaces) that were not properly prepared before painting.

Remedy: If a valid workmanship defect is confirmed, PSL PAINTING LLC will, at its sole discretion:

• Repair or reapply paint to the affected area only

• Perform necessary touch-ups to correct the workmanship issue

This warranty covers labor only and applies only to the specific defective area.

Maintenance Requirement: Homeowner agrees to maintain painted surfaces in a reasonable manner, including promptly addressing water leaks, roof issues, or drainage problems. Failure to correct moisture or structural issues voids this warranty.

Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer and address where the service was performed.

Limitation of Liability: PSL PAINTING LLC shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or secondary damages arising from paint failure or related issues. This warranty is limited to the remedies stated above.
